When we install a full turnkey shed, we can manage the complete project or only take care of certain parts of the job, every project is different, so we need to be flexible. We do not charge for assisting with the building consent process if you are doing this yourself.
The first thing we do once a deposit has been received is to create plans a producer statement and structural calculations, then submit these along with the relevant supporting documents to council for building consent.
We follow the application throughout the council consent process and make sure the application moves forward effortlessly. Once building consent is approved, we will order the shed and start the site and concrete works this should be completed around the same time the kit is delivered weather permitting. When we supply and build your shed, we can guarantee by using our own builders and equipment there won’t be any hold ups, apart from the weather.
We do it start to finish, on time and properly.
Once the job starts, we are on it until it is complete, doing things correctly is inherent, for example engineers specify your concrete needs to be cut 24 hrs after the pour, because we have our own equipment the concrete gets when its ready to be cut. Trust us, experience knows how to get the best result project management is best left to experienced builders not salespeople.
