When we manage your complete project we take care of everything and we do not charge for assisting with the building consent process.
The first thing we do once a deposit has been received is to create plans, a producer statement and structural calculations then submit these, along with the application forms, to council for building consent. We then follow it throughout the council process and make sure the process moves forward effortlessly.
Once building consent is approved we will order the shed and start the concrete job – this should be completed around the same time the kit is delivered weather permitting.
When we supply and build your shed we can guarantee by using our own builders and equipment there won’t be any hold ups, apart from the weather.
Once the job starts we are on it until the job is complete. For example when your concrete needs to be cut 24hrs after the pour we use our own concrete cutters and do it in the correct time frame.
